It’s a Sunday morning sanctuary where we gather in presence\, expression\, and movement. A place where you can come exactly as you are—no masks\, no performance\, just truth. This isn’t just a dance. It’s a prayer in motion. It’s a return to your natural rhythm. It’s a remembering of the part of you that knows: you were made to move. \nWe’ll begin with breath and grounding\, open into an ecstatic dance wave guided by sound\, and end with a gentle integration to bring your nervous system back into stillness and sweetness. If you’ve never done Ecstatic Dance before\, know this: There’s no choreography. No expectations.
