This session combines lymphatic drainage and targeted brow release with breathwork and sound to soften the muscles that hold worry. \nThis is the second session of the Somatic Sculpt Beauty Series\, a monthly practice combining facial toning\, breathwork\, sound\, and nervous system release. \n\nWhat You’ll Experience\nDuring this session\, you may notice: \n\nReduced puffiness and brighter eyes through lymphatic drainage\nRelease of tension held in the brow and forehead\nA calmer\, more open expression by the end of the hour\nGreater ease in the muscles that hold worry and concentration\n\nEach experience is unique. Your body will guide the process in a way that feels natural and supportive for you. \n\nWhy This Works\nThe muscles around the eyes and brow hold a surprising amount of daily strain\, from screens\, from squinting\, from worry. Through lymphatic drainage\, facial toning\, and breath\, this session helps that tension drain and release rather than settle deeper. \nThis is not about effort or performance.
