This session opens with pelvic and hip grounding\, moves into facial toning for the jaw and neck\, then closes with breathwork to calm the vagus nerve. \nThis is the first session of the Somatic Sculpt Beauty Series\, a monthly practice combining facial toning\, breathwork\, sound\, and nervous system release. Naples has never seen a beauty practice quite like this one. \n\nWhat You’ll Experience\nDuring this session\, you may notice: \n\nRelease of tension held in the jaw\, neck\, and platysmal bands\nA calming shift in the nervous system through vagus nerve work\nVisible lift and softness in the face by the end of the hour\nA deeper connection between your body and your breath\n\nEach experience is unique. Your body will guide the process in a way that feels natural and supportive for you. \n\nWhy This Works\nThe jaw is one of the places we hold the most unconscious tension\, often connected to the pelvis and the parts of us that feel unsafe to fully release. Through grounding\, facial toning\, and breath\, this session works with your nervous system rather than against it\, allowing tension to soften naturally instead of being forced out. \nThis is not about effort or performance.
