This session eases worry lines and tension headaches through forehead and scalp release\, then integrates everything learned across the four month ritual. \nThis is the final session of the Somatic Sculpt Beauty Series\, a monthly practice combining facial toning\, breathwork\, sound\, and nervous system release. Season Complete. \n\nWhat You’ll Experience\nDuring this session\, you may notice: \n\nRelease of worry lines and forehead tension\nRelief in the scalp\, jaw\, and any lingering tension headaches\nA full sense of integration across everything the season covered\nClosure and clarity as you complete the four month ritual\n\nEach experience is unique. Your body will guide the process in a way that feels natural and supportive for you. \n\nWhy This Works\nThe forehead and scalp are where a season of thinking\, planning\, and holding it together tends to settle. Through release work\, facial toning\, and breath\, this closing session lets that settle out\, integrating the jaw\, eyes\, cheeks\, and forehead work from the whole season into one complete ritual. \nThis is not about effort or performance.
