 Clear the week and claim your power. This guided embodiment class blends meditation, sensual + primal flow, and empowerment practices to clear low vibrational energies while awakening your Shakti energy to restore.

During class, Michelle LEA guides you through your chakras with journalling prompts, inner reflection,  movement, helping you release stuck energy and open the full current of your Shakti flow.

What to Expect

• 45 min guided session where your movement leads the way into freedom and release.

• 10 min Embodiment meditation, trending feminine flow, and empowerment rituals.

• 5 min  circle of gratitude and sharing to express, release, and rise into your power.

What to Bring

• Water, journal or something to record notes with.
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and embody your authentic, divine self.
• Please refrain from any frangrances.
