You’re invited into something sacred.

Sacred Bloom isn’t just an event—it’s a remembering. Join Chelsey and Michelle LEA in a space where your body becomes the prayer, your breath becomes the rhythm, and your movement becomes medicine.

We’ll gather under the stars and sky—part indoors, part outdoors—to dance through the layers that no longer serve and root back into who we really are. This is a place to feel free, seen, soft, wild… and whole.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

It’s not choreography.

It’s not performance.

It’s not about “getting it right.”

It’s about letting go.

It’s about feeling deeply.

It’s about moving in a way that only your soul knows how.

Ecstatic Dance is an open, expressive, barefoot experience—guided only by the music and your intuition. Together we create a safe, sacred space of pure embodiment and divine expression.

Evening Flow

7:00 PM – Arrival + sacred space opens

7:30 PM – Intention setting + gentle guided warm-up

7:45 PM – Ecstatic Dance wave

9:30 PM – Sound healing journey + closing circle

10:00 PM – Integration + soft goodbyes

What to Bring

• Water to nourish your dance
• Clothes you feel free and beautiful in
• A yoga mat or small blanket for grounding
• A flower or offering (optional but lovely)
• Your full self. No mask. No pretending. Just truth.

Who is this for?

All are welcome. Over age 15.

(If under 15, please come with an adult.)

Come exactly as you are. This space is held for expression, emotional release, sacred movement, and self-acceptance. You don’t have to “know how to dance.” You only need to show up.

This is a sober, intentional space. No shoes. No phones. Just presence.

We’ll be barefoot in body and bare in soul.

This isn’t just a dance. It’s a becoming.

It’s a blooming.

It’s a step deeper into you.
