In this LeActivation, we will explore techniques to open your Throat Chakra and express your authentic voice! 

LeActivation is a guided nervous system experience that uses breathwork, somatic movement, and energy awareness to help release stored stress, restore balance, and reconnect you to your natural state of clarity and vitality. This practice bridges the body and the energy system, supporting emotional release, deeper regulation, and a heightened sense of presence.

What to Expect During a Session?

This is a deeply immersive, body-based experience. You will be guided through breath, subtle movement, and sound while resting comfortably on your back. As your nervous system begins to regulate, you may experience:

• Deep relaxation
• Emotional release
• Sensations such as warmth, tingling, or energy movement
• A sense of clarity, lightness, or inner connection

Each session is unique. Many participants leave feeling more grounded, open, and reconnected to themselves.

How to Prepare:

• Hydrate well throughout the day (pause intake 1 hour before session)
• Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours prior
• Wear comfortable, layered clothing
• Bring anything that supports your comfort (blanket, eye mask, etc.)
