nuYou will be offering an affinity circle to support and cultivate a community space for healing. Grief can come from many aspects in our lives and we can heal together. 

This gathering entails moments of silence, as Michelle Lea will guide you to listen to what is alive and active, as well as, elemental tools to symbolize fear, anger, sadness, void, and hope. This guided embodiment activation and mediation  without analyzation, criticism, or judgement will open the space to release anything you’ve been holding onto.  There are no expectations and participants can share aloud or stay in silence. 

To honor of this circle, we would like to announce renowned artist Ian Maksin as he grounds in the healing vibrations of his cello through a sound journey offering.
